Characters can SHOP during their FREE TIME. They can buy or sell useful items at shops. Characters can also buy food, which is important to avoid starvation. Characters lose 1 HEALTH every day they don’t eat or drink.
Characters may engage in REVELRY during their FREE TIME. Partying and gambling can be fun. They can also have extreme consequences.
After a REST, a PC will completely restore their health. They will recover 6 SPELL SLOTS. A REST will also cure most CONDITIONS except starvation, permanent loss of a sense, and death. RESTS must occur for at least 6 hours to be successful. Characters can take RESTS while ADVENTURING or during their FREE TIME.
At certain LEVELS, characters can use their FREE TIME to CRAFT, TRAIN, or ENCHANT. These activities need a full day of focus.
Starting at LEVEL 1, a PC can spend a full day CRAFTING. At the end of that day, they will have created a piece of common EQUIPMENT or a work of art. There is no expense other than their time.
Starting at LEVEL 3, a PC can spend a full day TRAINING. At the end of that day, they can change one of their SKILLS. This can be any SKILL available to any CLASS. A PC can only have 2 SKILLS at any time.
Starting at LEVEL 5, a PC can spend a full day ENCHANTING. At the end of that day, they will have created a MINOR MAGICAL ITEM. There is no expense other than their time.
